Kelly Slager is a multi-disciplinary executive leader in retail with over 20 years of experience leading creative and fashion design teams for startups and multi-billion-dollar organizations.
Kelly is passionate about product and evolving and elevating brands. It is her priority to understand the business metrics, KPI's and market trends in order to evolve and elevate product assortments and brand storytelling in order to successfully provide the customer with elevated, emotional product and the ultimate omni brand experience.

Her array of experience began in Retail Merchandising and Production, then transitioning to Design and Brand Concept. Kelly's editorial eye, passion for fashion and superior leadership skills propelled her to lead the Apparel, Sport and Accessories Design Teams that grew to over $1 billion in sales.
Most recently as SVP of Creative for Victoria’s Secret PINK, Kelly led a team of 60 with 5 departments, to evolve the brand projection inclusive of branding and packaging, photography, styling, site, app and email design, social content, in-store and print marketing.
